Want to improve your cookery skills or expand your knowledge of Italian cuisine? Cooking classes at L’Anima and L’Anima Café are designed to cater for all levels of experience, from filleting fish to creating the perfect pudding.
Participants actively take part in all phases of the food preparation. Our Chefs will share their cooking methods, techniques and guide you through every step. Classes are held for a maximum of 15 people. Fish and Seafood Master Class Saturday 24st September - £120
Learn what to look for when buying fresh fish and seafood and how to make fish stock from scratch. By the end of the session you will master how to de-scale, fillet and pin-bone a fish whilst taking home some new Italian fish and seafood recipes.
The course commences at 10am with coffee, tea, Italian pastries and a Prosecco Aperitivo. The class lasts for approximately two hours and will be followed by a wine tasting in the Private Dining Room with our sommelier. The day ends with a three-course lunch with matching wines.
A certificate of completion will be given to all participants together with a personalised goodie bag.
